Here’s how your journey begins:

Training Period:
-
The first 15 months are all about learning and growing.
-
You’ll start with three months of classroom-style training and gain hands-on skills, all while receiving a stipend of ₹25,000 per month.

After that, you’ll transition into a 12-month stint as an on-the-job trainee, working as an Associate Engineer.

Job Locations:

Jobs are available at multiple sites including Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi.

Your final location will depend on business needs and will be decided by management.

Employment Terms:

On selection, you’ll be required to sign a service agreement of ₹2,00,000 for 2 years and 9 months.

Who Can Apply?
-
You must have completed your 10th, 12th (or equivalent pre-university/diploma), and graduation in a full-time, regular program—with at least 60% (or 6.75 CGPA) in each.
-
There should be no backlogs at the time you apply, and you need to pass your final exams at the first attempt.

You must be at least 18 years old on the joining date.
Selection Process:

If you make it to the shortlist, you’ll be invited for a technical interview, followed by an HR interview.
