About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst will play a key role in extracting, interpreting, and analyzing data to uncover trends and generate meaningful business insights. The primary focus will be on using statistical techniques to evaluate data and prepare comprehensive reports that assist in making informed business decisions.
- Identifying business opportunities is another critical aspect of the role. The Business Analyst will analyze performance metrics, customer behaviors, and operational processes to identify gaps and propose enhancements that contribute to improved user experiences and align with the organization’s growth objectives.
- The role also involves collecting and validating business data requirements. The analyst will ensure that the information used in business processes is accurate, reliable, and up to date. This step is vital to ensure that business insights and decisions are based on trustworthy data.
- A core part of the role is collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify data gaps and explore opportunities to improve data collection and usage. The Business Analyst will work alongside these teams to ensure that data systems are optimized, and that relevant data is captured to support ongoing analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a closely related field. This position is open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, making it suitable for both recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking to establish themselves in a data-driven business environment.
- Strong analytical abilities are a must. The role requires the capacity to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and transform data into actionable insights that can drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is essential. Familiarity with platforms such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau will enable the Business Analyst to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively. These tools will support the creation of dashboards and reports that provide a clear view of business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are equally important. The Business Analyst will often work with individuals from various departments, requiring the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is key to ensuring alignment between business needs and data analysis efforts.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business requirements is crucial. The Business Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are tight, and business needs evolve rapidly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work will be critical to success in this role.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- While not mandatory, experience working with platforms such as Metabase, Matomo, and MongoDB will be advantageous. Familiarity with these tools will enhance the candidate’s ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
