What Your Role Will Look Like
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be an integral part of Deloitte’s finance operations, supporting various tasks such as:

Handling Monthly Financial Reports: Help manage and coordinate tasks including travel and expense reports, tracking staff headcounts, and other regular finance cycles.

Analyzing and Validating Data: Get involved in scrutinizing and reconciling financial information, ensuring that accounts payable and receivables data maintain accuracy and consistency.

Supporting Special Initiatives: Take on unique project assignments as needed to assist the finance team and senior management.

Collaborating Across Borders: Work closely with colleagues in India and abroad, learning best practices and tools that drive the company’s financial operations.

Who Should Apply?

Educational Qualities: Candidates holding an MBA in Finance or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience Level: Fresh graduates and those with up to three years of relevant experience, including internships, are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical thinking with a clear grasp of financial statements such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements; familiarity with operational metrics and KPIs is a plus.
