Role : Software Engineer / Associate
Description & Requirements
The Software Engineer Associate will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer-reported issues and will also assist with the development and enhancement of our RPA product.
– Customer Issue Resolution: Review and investigate customer-reported issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
– Product Support: Collaborate with the product development team to address technical challenges and contribute to product improvements.
– Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer issues and solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
– Testing: Perform tests to reproduce and validate reported issues and verify fixes in the RPA product.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and customer support to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Education Criteria:
– Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
– Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java or Python.
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
– Experience: Internship or project experience in software development or technical support.
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with RPA tools and frameworks will be an added advantage.
– Additional Skills: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and knowledge of database management.
– Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills.
