Position: Trainee Engineer (Non-Software Role)
Work Location: Bangalore
Education Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Industrial Production
Graduation Year: 2023 / 2024
Academic Performance Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
Backlog Criteria: Candidates should not have any pending arrears or backlogs at the time of selection.
Compensation Package: INR 3. 75 LPA (Fixed INR 3. 5 LPA + INR 25,000 retention bonus after completing 1 year with the organization).
Service Agreement/Bond: Candidates will need to sign a 3-year service agreement as a part of their commitment to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Engineer, you will receive the essential training and mentorship to build your technical expertise and acquire industry-specific knowledge. You will engage in real-time engineering projects and work alongside seasoned professionals to provide high-quality solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior engineers with mechanical design, production processes, and quality control procedures.
- Supporting aeronautical projects by participating in structural analysis, component testing, and documentation.
